Professional, 3+ years experience in a similar role
As a Project Manager, you are a key ingredient in the successful delivery of our work product, as well as in the success of our team work and collaborative capabilities. This dynamic, detailed, service-oriented role requires a dedication to managing the delivery of high-quality creative work, along with the flexibility to problem solve within the systems that run our day-to-day experience. This position is an integral part of our agency and is the key to a stellar experience for our people, our clients, and our outputs.
Plan, manage, oversee, & execute agency work through all stages and various departments, from the initial planning through project wrap. This includes resource planning, milestone scheduling, spec collecting, check-ins, lots of communication, and delivery of client-facing work.
Implement the development of project estimates and pricing with the support of other departments.
Develop and manage complex project timelines, workloads, and project objectives to ensure projects are delivered on-time and in scope.
Review and assess incoming project requests and briefs. Partner with stakeholders as needed for additional information.
Lead scheduling and documenting of all project-related meetings.
Create jobs in the Project Management system (Wrike) and open all respective folders.
Monitor in-progress work, establish priorities, and adjust schedules to ensure successful project completion
Collaborate with creative teammates to ensure alignment of creative resources for all current and upcoming projects and asset requests.
Partner with the New Business, Creative, and Production team to evolve and improve processes for all aspects of project delivery with a focus on maximizing quality, flexibility, collaboration, transparency, and speed.
Build trust and collaborative relationships with all resources.
Education and Experiences
3+ years of project management experience in creative services, advertising, or marketing
Proficient time management
Successful track record in managing the delivery of multiple creative projects in a fast paced environment
Organized individual who excels in project planning, scheduling and issue resolution
Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
Solid familiarity with creative project management tools and techniques
Strong comprehension of creative workflow and processes
Resourceful self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity
Excellent computer skills, clearly tech savvy, with experience in creative operation software (like Google suite docs/sheets/slides); software such as Wrike and Quickbooks Online a plus.
Demonstrated customer service skills, including approachability, understanding, attentiveness, empathy and positivity.
Strong problem-solving skills, looks for innovative and creative solutions and is solution-oriented.
Have experience with managing, creating and forecasting budgets.
Ability to work under pressure; deadline focused, organized, and able to prioritize multiple projects at any one time.
Has the ability to quickly pivot – adapting to change when needed.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Can-do attitude and strives to do more for a growing team!
