Navigant Credit Union sought to expand their  offerings by establishing a product designed to support the saving habits of teens. This determined audience may be hard-working and already saving, but represent a small share of overall banking customers. Creating an emotional connection between teenage independence, aspirations, and the tools to attain those dreams would be key to converting new accounts.


Navigant Credit Union Partnered with Nail to:

Launch the new Embark Account—an account designed to help young adults gain financial independence; and build an emotional connection between this audience and their finances to move them to action.
